North Highland Joins ATL Action for Racial Equity

We are proud to join ATL Action for Racial Equity with the Metro Atlanta Chamber and 150+ metro Atlanta companies. This critical, multi-year effort addresses the pervasive effects of systemic racism in the community and workplace.

In Solidarity

As a people-centered firm our Values guide everything we do. We are appalled by the deaths of Ahmaud Arbury, Breonna Taylor and George Floyd and we stand with the Black community – our employees, clients and partners – in ending racial injustice, including police brutality.

We also stand in solidarity with our Asian colleagues, clients, partners and community, and pledge to do our part to #stopAAPIhate. Ongoing acts of violence against people of color illustrate that the U.S. must urgently address issues of racism, inequality and violence. We will listen, learn and act. We can and will do more.

Together WE can do great things

At North Highland, we are welcomed and appreciated for our personal capabilities, characteristics, contributions and diversity of background, thought and experience. As a people-centered firm, we believe in connecting hearts and minds and creating a sense of belonging for our people.

Inclusion

Inclusion means we value, appreciate and welcome each other. It is an attitude of valuing and appreciating the countless personal differences that make us all unique while also focusing on what connects us and makes us similar.

Diversity

Diversity means more than the race, sex or physical abilities. It is also cultural differences, lifestyle, age, background and more - it is the profound social and personal differentiating characteristics that make us individuals and differentiates our work.
